Prof Lucas Louzada received his MSc and PhD in Production Engineering. He is currently a Professor of Agroecology at the Federal Institute of Espirito Santo, Brazil. Prof Louzada is a Q grader, and his research projects focus on several related topics, such as the characterization of the Brazilian coffee microbiome and the development of post-harvest processes to improve quality of Coffea canephora in Brazil.
